As a Co-Founder of Infinite Green Consulting, I see opportunity in most situations. For 16 years, I have found my niche, helping companies solve simple and complex issues in the moment, have given them the confidence so they can ultimately create clarity, purpose, and momentum forward and into the future. Encouraging companies to think bigger about what they can do around customer experience and then collaborating on the best ways to get there with strong partners or building it internally with them, is how I like to orchestrate the engagements with IGC. Getting clear about the “how” is how I landed on my “Chief Illuminator” title.
When I am not working on clients’ needs, customer experience challenges, or Infinite Green growth, I either have a guitar, a golf club, or a chef’s knife in my hand. I cook, but don’t bake. I golf, but not enough, and I love the creative process of recording music, but enjoy playing live even more.
Leveraging partners who align with Infinite Green culture and purpose is a benefit, recently, I have found to be extremely rewarding. Promoting up and coming platforms, capabilities, and unique solutions at customer challenges get a front seat to the party, in my book, and getting the word out through podcasts, LinkedIn Live sessions, and provocative social posts, ensures that I stay in tune with which partners to align with, connected to which clients who could use our help, and to attract talented resources to join our team.
Expecting more, dreaming, and accelerating uncompromising and differentiated service experience is how Infinite Green has evolved over time and should be a long-term intended result for our clients during every engagement.

With a passion for innovation and collaboration, Johnny supports partners in navigating the evolving landscape of cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, and mobility solutions. His ability to connect people, opportunities, and resources makes him a trusted advisor and a dynamic force within the Intelisys ecosystem. He lives with his wife, Andria, and their three spoiled Persian cats, who happily rule the household in Atlanta GA. She specializes in script writing for Auto Attendant and MOH. Carla enjoys tennis, yoga, Pilates, baseball and living a free, healthy and active, full life.

Darren Knapp, Head of Poly Channel Business Development

Darren Knapp is the Head of Poly Channel Business Development for HP Inc. in the U.S., leading sales and business development for a wide network of Poly partners. Before joining Poly, he co-founded Reallinx Inc., a Texas-based managed service provider, where he established a call center in Costa Rica. With over 25 years in telecommunications, Darren previously spent 15 years entertaining U.S. military personnel in a hard rock band with the USO. He is passionate about HP’s mission to enhance human connections and is dedicated to promoting the company’s innovative technology solutions.

Jim Murphy, Co-Founder & CEO
