FAQs

What are the President’s Club dates?

  • The program dates are Sunday, June 23 through Wednesday, June 26.​

When should I arrive?

  • Feel free to arrive on Sunday, June 23, at your convenience to ensure you're prepared for the first event, which is a 7 PM dinner.

When should I depart? 

  • Check out at the resort is 11 AM on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

Is there a maximum room capacity? 

Please note that this year most hotel rooms come furnished with one king-sized bed, and upon request, we can provide up to one rollaway for up to one person. However, please be aware that additional rooms for your family members will incur guest costs. Should you require an extra room, kindly send an email to [email protected], and we will be happy to assist you further.

Can I extend my stay?

  • You can benefit from the discounted group rate for two nights on 6/23/2024 or 6/26/2024. Confirmation of your extended stay will be subject to availability and will be promptly confirmed. Please note that guests are responsible for payment directly to the hotel for these additional nights. Keep in mind that extended stays are subject to the group rate cancellation policy, with refunds not available after 60 days.

How do I book travel?

What is the deadline to book my flights?

  • The deadline to book is April 1.

What happens if I miss the deadline?

Can I change my flight?

  • You will be responsible for any costs associated with flight upgrades, modifications, or rescheduling.

What happens at check in?

  • Upon your arrival, kindly provide your passport. Additionally, we will require a credit card for any incidentals and expenses not included in your Broadvoice coverage. If your room is not yet available, feel free to store your luggage and make use of the amenities until your official check-in time.

What documents do I need to travel?

  • A valid passport (valid for at least 6 months) and a Tourist Card (FMM) obtained upon arrival or online here.
  • Ensure you check for any updated travel requirements and advisories before your trip.

What should I wear?

  • Daytime attire at the resort is casual. A hat is recommended for sun protection. Pack shorts, t-shirts, and swimwear. Remember to wear cover-ups and shoes in common areas. Casual elegance attire is recommended for the dinners.

Should I get travel insurance?

  • While not a requirement, having travel insurance for medical emergencies and trip cancellation can be a smart move.

What currency is used?

  • The official currency in Mexico is the Mexican Peso. Foreign currency may be exchanged for Pesos at banks and in airports. Most purchases may also be made in U.S. dollars. Please note, the exchange rate fluctuates daily. Visit www.xe.com for the most current rate.

Should I tip at the resort?

  • Gratuities have been covered for President's Club. You are not required to provide any additional gratuities.

What time zone is the resort located?

  • Punta Mita, Mexico, is generally in the Central Time Zone and daylight savings time is not observed.

Does the hotel offer childcare?

  • Yes, the hotel has childcare services available. These are not covered by Broadvoice and would be charged to the guest. Broadvoice, however, will have a Kid’s Club available during the farewell dinner only. The farewell dinner will be for partners and spouses.

What is the weather?

  • In Punta Mita at the end of June, expect warm and humid weather. Daytime temperatures range from 85°F to 90°F (29°C to 32°C), while evenings are milder at 70°F to 75°F (21°C to 24°C).
