Air Travel 

Upon submitting your booking form, Broadvoice Travel will reach out using the email you provided to facilitate the booking of you and your guest’s flight. It’s important to be aware that once your flight is booked, it is considered final. Please keep in mind that while we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred airline and seating preferences, these cannot be guaranteed. The official program travel dates are from May 29 – June 1, 2025

Broadvoice is happy to assist in booking children’s flights. Please note that you will be responsible for reimbursing Broadvoice for this expense.  Invoices will be sent within 2 weeks of booking.

Costs associated with flight upgrades, modifications, or rescheduling will be the responsibility of the guest.

Airport to Hotel Transportation

The hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive from Cancun International Airport. After disembarking, you’ll go through immigration, baggage claim, and customs.

Once through customs, proceed toward the terminal exit by passing through the glass doors. Please bypass any vendors who may approach you in this area.

Outside, look for the airport host holding Etéreo signage — they will guide you to your transportation.

To make this even easier, we’ve shared a terminal map where you’ll also find a photo of the representative waiting outside the building. This way, when you arrive, you’ll know exactly who to look for.

Departing 

Your departure transportation will arrive three hours before your flight. Please meet in the hotel lobby three hours before your flight on the day of your departure.

Important Travel Information 

• A valid passport (valid for at least six months) and a Tourist Card (FMM) are obtained upon arrival or online here.
• Ensure you check for any updated travel requirements and advisories before your trip.
