Air Travel 

Upon submitting your booking form, Broadvoice Travel will reach out using the email you provided to facilitate the booking of you and your guest’s flight. It’s important to be aware that once your flight is booked, it is considered final. Please keep in mind that while we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred airline and seating preferences, these cannot be guaranteed. The official program travel dates are from May 29 – June 1, 2025

Broadvoice is happy to assist in booking children’s flights. Please note that you will be responsible for reimbursing Broadvoice for this expense.  Invoices will be sent within 2 weeks of booking.

Costs associated with flight upgrades, modifications, or rescheduling will be the responsibility of the guest.

Ground Transportation 

The hotel is a 30 minute drive from  Cancun International Airport. After disembarking the plane, passengers will be directed to immigration, baggage claim, then customs. After clearing customs, passengers will make their way toward the exit of the terminal building by passing through glass doors. Guests are encouraged to bypass any vendors who may approach them once there. Once outside, guests should look for the airport host who will be holding Etéreo signage.

Departing 

Your departure transportation will arrive 3 hours before your flight. Please meet in the hotel lobby 3 hours before your flight on the day of your departure.

• A valid passport (valid for at least 6 months) and a Tourist Card (FMM) are obtained upon arrival or online here.
