Accommodations

Etéreo is located on 9 acres of prime beachfront along the Caribbean coastline of the Riviera Maya. An integral part of Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula coastline, this parcel of land between Cancun and Tulum is home to white sand beaches, turquoise water, incredible palm trees and Mayan ruins – the natural bounty inviting visitors to renew their internal rhythms and deepen their connection with nature.

Rooming

As a policy of the hotel, room maximum capacity is 4 people (2 adults, 2 children under 12). If you have more than three children an additional room will be required at the expense of the guest. King Rooms may have one rollaway. Double Queen Rooms can not accommodate a rollaway.​

Extend Your Stay

Unfortunately, the hotel is sold out for any pre OR post program extended stays. Any extended stays are subject to availability and will be confirmed promptly. Guests are responsible for paying the hotel directly for these extra nights, which are subject to the group rate cancellation policy. Please note, refunds are not available for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival. The nightly rate for a standard room is $450, plus tax and resort fees.

Transportation to and from the resort is provided only on the official program arrival (5/29/2025) and departure (6/1/2025) dates. If you choose to extend your stay at a different property, transportation costs will be your responsibility. Extensions at Etéreo are subject to availability.

You may request an extended stay during registration. The Broadvoice President’s Club team will confirm availability with the resort, typically within 24 hours. Please wait for confirmation before booking your flight to ensure your extension has been approved.
